- The edition was printed on J. P. Green's handmade Crisbrook paper. The lithographs were pulled in New York at Bob Blackburn's Printmaking Workshop by Jennifer Lynch, Agnes Murray and Holly Sears. The original scores are reproduced offset by J. Hutcheson from negatives made by Gail Alt. The calligraphy is the work of Jerry Kelly and was printed by Wild Carrot Letterpress as was the Garamond type from Golgonooza Letterfoundry. The portfolio of Tussah silk and Ganryo Hikizome paper was made by Gerard Charriereand Carol Joyce. - (VFG Nr.8)
