The total edition of 200 numbered copies was published in Spring 1977, the first 26 of which were signed by both Fagin and Tuttle. The trade edition of 174 copies rapidly went out of print, while the 26 copies of the limited edition were lost soon after signing. These 26 copies have recently been rediscovered, and are now offered for sale for the first time.
